Your answers and profile

Your interview answers stay in this tab until you generate. Closing or refreshing the tab clears them. Use anonymized examples and omit confidential or restricted information. When you generate, your answers and chosen first name are processed by OpenAI. Your email address and marketing choice are kept separate and are not sent to the AI model. We request that the API response object not be stored; provider security and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply.

First name, email, and completion notice

First name and email are required before generating a profile. With your explicit acknowledgment, we save these details, the completion time and your permission choices. Robyn Mancell receives a completion notification containing those details through Resend, our email provider. Your interview answers and full report are not included. An email address entered in the form is visitor-supplied and is not independently verified.

Optional marketing

A separate, unchecked box lets you request expertise tips and updates about Robyn’s services. You can receive a profile without selecting it. We record your choice and the notice version; this does not automatically enroll you in a campaign or book a session. Request withdrawal at robynmancell@gmail.com. Any future marketing program must honor withdrawals and provide an unsubscribe method.

Storage and retention

We do not retain your full interview or generated report in the application database. We retain minimized session events, request fingerprints and spending receipts. Registration and completion records are shown only to authorized administrators and retained for up to 90 days; expired records are excluded from administrator views and purged during subsequent completions. Robyn may retain received notification emails separately. No advertising trackers are used. The secure session cookie expires after one day.

Access, deletion, and your copy

Save your report before leaving. JSON downloads and Print / Save PDF are under your control. The current-session deletion endpoint also removes associated registration records; it cannot recall an email already received by Robyn. For access, correction, deletion, or marketing withdrawal beyond the current session, contact Robyn by email. De-identified spending audit records are retained separately.
